The standard two-week diagnostic is priced from €10,000 + VAT for most SME and mid-market organisations.
Larger or more complex scopes, including organisations with multiple business units, geographies, or programmes in flight, may require a tailored estimate. We will confirm the scope and investment at the end of an introductory conversation.
